Choose the Support You Need

Gentle Support. Professional Reassurance.

Nest & Nurture does not replace your midwife, LMC, GP, lactation consultant or Well Child provider.

I am a New Zealand Registered Nurse and provide services within my professional scope and competence. Where something falls outside the support I provide, I will help you recognise when additional assessment is appropriate and direct you back to the relevant healthcare professional.

My role is different. I'm there for the space between the appointments. The evening when you're exhausted. The questions you didn't know you would have. The moment you need someone to show you again. The three hours when what you need most is sleep. And the reassurance of knowing you don't have to figure everything out alone.

You care for your baby. Let someone care for you, too.

Support Designed Around Your Family

No two families — or newborns — need exactly the same kind of support.

Whether you need a few hours of experienced help during a challenging evening or ongoing support through your baby's first weeks at home, Nest & Nurture is designed to meet you where you are.

Each visit combines gentle, practical postnatal and newborn support with the reassurance of an experienced Registered Nurse. Depending on what you need that day, that might mean caring for your baby while you rest, helping with feeding or settling, building your confidence with newborn care, or simply being a calm, experienced pair of hands beside you.

You don't need to have everything figured out before you book. We'll work out what would help most, together.

Three hours that make the evening feel manageable again.

5 pm – 8 pm | $330

The late afternoon and evening can be one of the hardest parts of life with a newborn.

You're tired. Baby may be unsettled. Dinner still needs to happen. You're trying to work out feeding, winding, settling and sleep — and there's another night ahead.

The Evening Newborn Reset gives you three hours of calm, experienced support in your home.

Your three hours might include:

• Newborn care while you sleep, shower or eat
• Support through an unsettled evening
• Feeding and winding guidance
• Gentle settling techniques
• Help recognising tired and feeding cues
• Newborn sleep foundations and realistic expectations
• Practical baby-care guidance
• Light practical support while you recover
• Time to talk through the questions that have accumulated during the week

There is no prescribed agenda.

We use the three hours where your family needs them most.

Perfect for: exhausted new parents, unsettled newborn evenings, first-time parents, families without nearby whānau and parents who simply need a few hours of experienced support.

Your support system for the first month at home.

$1,995

This package is particularly suited to families without nearby whānau, professional couples wanting additional support after birth, first-time parents and families who know before baby arrives that they would like extra help.

This package can be reserved before your baby is born.

Important Note: As a registered nurse (NZ) with additional overseas midwifery training, I bring a broad understanding of maternal and newborn care to the support I provide. While I do not practise as a midwife or lactation consultant in New Zealand, my approach is grounded in professional experience and a deep respect for your wellbeing.
If I identify any concerns that may require specialist care, I will gently connect you with your midwife, GP, or an IBCLC lactation consultant to ensure you receive the most appropriate support.

A Beautiful Gift for New Parents

Give them rest — not another onesie. Nest & Nurture support can also be purchased as a gift.

Instead of another blanket, toy or newborn outfit, give new parents something they may remember far longer: three hours to sleep, recover, ask questions and feel cared for.

Gift vouchers are available for the Evening Newborn Reset and towards ongoing support packages.

Perfect for baby showers, grandparents living overseas, colleagues, friends and family who want to help but can't be there in person.

Where I Work

Nest & Nurture is intentionally local. My primary service area includes Paerata Rise and Pukekohe, with support also available across parts of Drury, Karaka, Patumahoe and surrounding Franklin communities.

Local travel is included within the core service area.

A small travel contribution may apply to addresses further away, and some locations are available for package bookings only.

Send through your address and I'll confirm this before you book.
